All the information that we use is recoded on GPS and PC for future reference. After a day of exploration we collate and publish the information in The Daily Blowhole, our local newsletter. Mostly it contains location of caves and identifying numbers but it often shows cave locations on a map.

We use UHF radios, Digital cameras in all shapes and sizes, Floodlights and Flashlights , measuring and recording instruments for plotting caves and aerial drones to take overhead photographs. The pilot has emergency position indicating beacon and flares, should he make a forced landing.
